The West Hungária Bau Kft., one of the dynamically expanding, market-leading companies in the construction sector, is looking for Business Development Engineer (both in the construction and contracting field).

Tasks:

  • Technical preparation of facility implementations, technical administration of the process
  • Review of design documentation, data collection
  • Preparation of quotations, request for quotations, processing of bids received, price circularisatio
  • Calculation of costs
  • Determination of the financial resources needed for the realisation of a given installation
  • Communicating the identified needs to the facility manager, construction manager
  • Checking and recording incoming quantity invoices for the facility
  • Keeping a survey logbook when commissioned
  • Preparation of accounts
  • Representing the company at site visits and customer meetings

Expectations:

  • Advanced degree in civil engineering (civil or architectural engineer, and electrical engineer)
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in tender preparation, construction preparation
  • Solid, user-level knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Intermediate level of English, active knowledge of English (oral and written)
  • ability to work independently
