The West Hungária Bau Kft., one of the dynamically expanding, market-leading companies in the construction sector, is looking for Business Development Engineer (both in the construction and contracting field).

Tasks:
- Technical preparation of facility implementations, technical administration of the process
- Review of design documentation, data collection
- Preparation of quotations, request for quotations, processing of bids received, price circularisatio
- Calculation of costs
- Determination of the financial resources needed for the realisation of a given installation
- Communicating the identified needs to the facility manager, construction manager
- Checking and recording incoming quantity invoices for the facility
- Keeping a survey logbook when commissioned
- Preparation of accounts
- Representing the company at site visits and customer meetings
Expectations:
- Advanced degree in civil engineering (civil or architectural engineer, and electrical engineer)
- At least 2 years of recent experience in tender preparation, construction preparation
- Solid, user-level knowledge of MS Office programs
- Intermediate level of English, active knowledge of English (oral and written)
- ability to work independently
