Tradition and experience in manufacturing

The profile manufacturing team consists of a permanent staff of seven, all of whom have been with the company for at least 15 years. Production takes place in a 632-square-meter production hall equipped with a 5-ton overhead crane; a 650-square-meter outdoor warehouse and a yard capable of accommodating delivery vehicles ensure smooth logistics.

From the very beginning, we have worked with reliable raw materials; our suppliers include Hungarian, Austrian, Czech, and Slovak manufacturers.

Technological advancements and capacity expansion

Since 2003, DALLAN’s Italian production lines have been manufacturing our profiles. The first machine produced 54 million running meters of profiles, and in 2019 we commissioned a state-of-the-art, computer-controlled automatic machine, which operates with online monitoring and remote service and has produced 23 million meters of profiles to date.

Inventory and Sales

Continuous production and service are ensured by a constant inventory of 250,000–300,000 linear meters of finished products and 200–300 tons of raw materials. The distribution of the profiles is handled by Knauf Kft. in Hungary under an exclusive contract signed in 2003, which guarantees regulated and continuous sales.
