As part of the development of the Famulus Hotel, operated by Széchenyi István University, West Hungária Bau Ltd. is carrying out partial renovation works aimed at upgrading the building’s functionality and technical standards.
WHB’s scope of work primarily focuses on the renewal of interior design elements and mechanical systems, including the modernization of internal spaces and the upgrade of the building’s core engineering infrastructure.
The project contributes to creating a more comfortable, efficient, and up-to-date environment that meets today’s expectations for both guests and university users.
