During the construction of the VELUX Office Building in Budapest, WEST HUNGÁRIA BAU Ltd. delivered a full-scope general contracting project. The nearly 10,000 m² modern office building serves as the new, state-of-the-art corporate headquarters for VELUX in Hungary.
WHB’s scope of work included the construction of the reinforced concrete and steel load-bearing structures, the installation of modern, energy-efficient façade and window systems, the development of the complete HVAC, electrical, and IT infrastructure, the creation of modern, ergonomic office spaces and community areas, as well as the construction of the associated parking facilities and external areas.
As a result of the project, a sustainable, clean-lined, and highly functional corporate office building was delivered, designed to support VELUX’s operations in the long term.
