Our task is to restore, renovate, and partially remodel the exterior of the building located at 1–5 Balassi Bálint Street, Budapest, District V (1055).
The renovation of this historic building will result in a structure that will serve as the Office Building of the Parliamentary Guard and the Residence of the Speaker of the National Assembly following the conversion. The former apartment building will be converted into an office and residence; the floor and roof structure built after World War II will be demolished, and the original roof design by Imre Steindl will be restored. The goal of the project is the comprehensive (exterior and interior) renovation of the building and the creation of new functions.
