The construction of the Léna residential park in Paks began in May 2024, on a previously undeveloped site along Pollack Mihály Street.
The project is being carried out by a joint contractor consortium consisting of Épkar Zrt., West Hungária Bau Ltd., and Magyar Építő Zrt.
As part of the development, three residential buildings comprising a total of 500 apartments are being constructed. In addition to the apartment buildings, the project also includes the development of associated facilities, such as underground and surface parking spaces, as well as access roads serving the residential complex.
For all three buildings, resident parking will be provided in basement-level underground garages. Retail units will also be established in each residential block.
