The office building located at 1–3 Magyar Street in Budapest was constructed by WHB as the general contractor, featuring a design that blends seamlessly into the modern, metropolitan environment. The goal of the building, with a floor area of approximately 5,000 m², was to create a state-of-the-art, flexible office space that combines a prestigious appearance with efficient operation.
WHB carried out the complete structural, architectural, and mechanical engineering work for the building, including:
the installation of high-quality glass and metal facade elements,
the installation of modern office infrastructure (HVAC, electrical systems, IT pre-cabling),
the construction of a heavy-duty reinforced concrete support structure,
and the creation of flexible interior spaces flooded with natural light.
Ergonomic and acoustic solutions, as well as energy-efficient systems, played a prominent role in the building’s interior design. Thanks to WHB’s construction, the office building on Magyar Street is now a modern, reliable, and long-term sustainable office building that creates an ideal environment for downtown business functions.
