The development of Millenáris Park and its associated office buildings was one of Budapest’s most complex urban regeneration projects, in which WEST HUNGÁRIA BAU Kft. played a key role. The most striking element of the project was the renewal of the entire Millenáris area:
creation of a large-scale public park and green spaces

WHB paid special attention to heavy-duty paving, state-of-the-art drainage systems, and sustainable green space solutions.
2. Underground facilities – complex structural and mechanical engineering tasks
Multifunctional technical areas and spaces have been created beneath the park, the design of which posed a significant engineering challenge:
underground garage-style technical spaces
floor reinforcements and large-scale reinforced concrete structures
full installation of complex utility and mechanical systems

The underground systems connect the park’s functions with the adjacent buildings and office towers.
3. Office Buildings – Modern and Energy-Efficient Design
