The Millenáris Startup Campus is one of the key hubs of the Buda innovation ecosystem, developed by WEST HUNGÁRIA BAU Kft. as the general contractor. The goal of the project was to create a modern, flexibly configurable co-working and startup space that aligns with the revitalized image of Millenáris Park and the technological development of the area.
During the construction of the approximately 4,000 m² building, WHB:
designed state-of-the-art, open workspaces, meeting rooms, and creative studios,
created office areas with high ceilings and flexible layouts,
installed modern mechanical and IT infrastructure optimized for startups,
installed energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems,
designed the interior spaces with acoustic and ergonomic considerations in mind,
and applied clean, contemporary architectural solutions that align with Millenáris’s industrial heritage.
As a result of WHB’s implementation, a dynamic, inspiring, and technologically advanced work environment has been created, ideal for startups, innovation projects, and community events.
