WEST HUNGÁRIA BAU Kft. served as the general contractor for the construction of the Mömax–Möbelix logistics and retail center. The project is a modern industrial facility with a floor area of nearly 18,000 m², comprising high-tech warehousing, logistics, and service areas.
WHB’s responsibilities included:
construction of large-scale reinforced concrete and steel structural frameworks,
creation of a rapid-construction, energy-efficient hall structure,
installation of industrial flooring and heavy-duty coverings,
installation of complete mechanical and electrical infrastructure,
creation of modern interior spaces designed for customer traffic.
The result of the investment is a functional, high-capacity, state-of-the-art logistics center that efficiently supports the regional operations of Mömax–Möbelix.
