Starting in 2017, we carried out the design and construction work for the logistics warehouse—Building G—in several phases at the NIPÜF industrial park in Páty.
Phase I (2017): Design and construction of the 20,000 m² warehouse
Phase II (2019–2020): expansion by an additional 15,000 m²
Phase III (starting in 2021): preparation and construction of a new 42,000 m² development phase
The project involves the development of a total of 77,000 m² of industrial space, which includes structural, technological, and infrastructure development tasks tailored to modern logistics needs. The facility has become one of the region’s most significant logistics hubs.
