The Széchenyi István University Design Factory project was a 600 m² educational and innovation-focused development implemented in Győr in 2023.
Acting as general contractor, we delivered the full construction of the Design Factory laboratory building as part of the Science and Innovation Park development, including the coordination of construction processes, the creation of spaces tailored to modern research and development needs, and the establishment of a contemporary, inspiring environment for innovation and creative work.
