The development of the multifunctional building at Széchenyi István University was a large-scale, multi-component investment in Győr, implemented between 2016 and 2017.
As part of the project, a new, modern multifunctional building was constructed, while the K2–K3–K4 dormitory buildings were refurbished in parallel. The development also included the full design and construction of the related facilities, including the expansion of the existing parking structure and the creation of a new sports park.
The overall objective of the comprehensive investment was to establish a modern, integrated university infrastructure that supports student comfort, meets the needs of education, and fosters the development of community life.
