During the construction of the Tükör Service Building in Törökbálint, WEST HUNGÁRIA BAU Ltd. acted as general contractor, delivering the project in full. The nearly 10,000 m² facility combines modern commercial and service functions, implemented with contemporary architectural and technical solutions.
WHB’s scope of work included the construction of the building’s reinforced concrete and steel structures, the installation of energy-efficient façade and window systems, the full development of mechanical and electrical infrastructure, the creation of high-load capacity flooring, retail units, and community spaces, as well as the construction of parking areas and circulation surfaces.
